Responsibilities:
– Manage retail systems including POS and CRM etc. Ensure smooth operations for the business.
– Work with the business team to understand the business needs and requirements. Actively develop technology solutions to improve the business efficiency and customer experience.
– Lead the technology team to deliver POS and CRM solutions across the development cycle and technology details including system architecture, data architecture, business process, security, scalability, and performance.
– Develop and manage IT policies, standards, management and support model etc.
– Review and manage service KPIs. Actively review the service level and need for improvement.
– Manage the project timeline and schedule. Manage the project and operations budget and resources.

Requirements:
– Around 10 years of experience in managing retail, POS or related system experience.
– Excellent understanding of POS and CRM system architecture, business process,data structures etc.
– In-depth project management experience.
– Experience in an enterprise retail environment.
– Strong understanding and knowledge of the latest technology trend especially POS, CRM, payment gateway, mobile technology, e-commerce etc.
– In-depth knowledge of POS system across both hardware and software.
– Strong people skills to work with senior management and business users.
– With an innovative mindset, think outside the box.
– University degree from a reputed university.
