
We are working with a major enterprise in Hong Kong, they have a strong retail outlets chain with a strong digital presence in their market, they are looking for a strong Change Leader to come and head up the future Retail and Digital Innovation Strategy, Implementation, and Project Management. It would be a key senior position across the firm to drive this hundred million dollars programme.
High profile senior leadership position.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the strategy design, business process design, high-level technology adoptions across the Retail and Digital Channels.
– Lead the project management and budget management of their IT projects which drives customer experience transformation including Kiosks, Interactive TV walls, hardware etc.
– Manage the business process, cost management, budget across retail chain openings, including procedure, cash management and transit, physical documents management etc.
– Drive through data analytics to identify possible areas of improvements across the Retails and Digital Channels. Through constant review to find the right value proposition and strategy for the omnichannel strategy implementation.
– Lead the data scientist and data intelligent team, in building an AI capability for the retail and digital channel, which eventually provide the best optimal resources as well as improving the customer experience.
– Work with IT in implementing these large-scale technology change.
– Interface with senior management and executives on steer committee, strategy management, and board management reporting.
Requirements:
– At least 15 years of experience in a management position with retail management, business process, and project management.
– Strong exposure and experience with business management across large scale retail distribution channels.
– Experience in leading a sizable operations and planning team.
– Omni-Channel strategy experience in bringing both digital and retail channels strategy.
– IT Savvy – always think outside the box.
– Strong Data sense. Ideally with knowledge in building AI and Data Intelligent to drive business objectives.
– Financial knowledge in driving budgeting and cost control.
– Strong change leader in bringing changes to the organization with all level of people.
– Strong business acumen in working with different business stakeholders.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
– Degree from a reputable University.
