A leading high-end retailer is looking for a Resourcing Director to manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment service across the Asia Pacific region.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement recruitment strategies
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Asia
– Develop the recruitment database to post vacancies, advertise internally and externally, track candidates, correspond with candidates and initiate offers
– Work closely with hiring managers on all recruitment issues, understanding their recruitment needs and recommending appropriate sourcing channels
– Source candidates directly, through job boards, referrals, networking
– Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
– Structure and negotiate compensation with successful candidates, agencies and hiring managers
– Work closely with key recruitment vendors, review performance and review new vendors as required
– Provide recruitment related reports on market data, analysis on trends and recruitment statistics
– Perform ad hoc projects and drive regional / global initiatives
– Manage a small team of recruiters
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 8+ years of recruitment experience essential
– Experienced in-house and agency recruiter, preferably within the retail industry in Asia
– Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
– Detail oriented with highly developed client services skills
– Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
– Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritize
– Strong organizational and time management skills
