
Our client, one of the leading global technology firm is looking for a standalone regional sales associate to enhance the client base in Greater China Area. Selected candidate would involve actively in the business expansion and further build the sales team.
Responsibilities:
– Researching key accounts and attending conferences/ exhibitions to gain understanding of markets and industry, and to assess business opportunities
– Developing relationships with new regional clients
– Targeting prospects, conducting customer site visits, and account planning to optimize territorial potential
– Developing proposals and onsite presentation to include identification of software needs
– Providing oversight during implementation and training phase of transaction and working closely with Implementation and Professional Services teams to ensure high-quality implementation support
Requirements:
– 1-3 years of solution sales and consultative experience
– Functional understanding of databases and business processes
– SaaS/ recruiting industry experience is a big plus
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent command of English and native Mandarin
– Proven record of successfully building customer relationships
– Ability to work independently and aggressively
