Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Finance Manager to manage their finance of IT functions across the Asia Pacific region. Excellent career prospect and attractive remuneration.

Successful candidate will lead and grow the regional team and monitor IT Governance.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage financial budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking and analysis for IT across Asia Pacific region
– Develop rules and guidelines on Project Governance, IT Budget, Finance and Resource Planning.
– Improve financial reporting and project processes
– Establish financial policies, standard procedures and related documentation across the region
– Finance contract negotiation and vendor management
– Work with IT Management, Finance and related business on IT Finance Management, Budget and Resources.

Requirement:
– Professional accountant qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA etc.) with 10 years of relevant experience.
– Experience in managing IT Governance and IT budgeting in a global / regional environment
– Strong financial analytical skills and experience in managing IT project finance
– Knowledge and experience in driving project budgets, resources and headcounts.
– Great communications skills and people skills with the senior management.
– Certification in ITIL and PMP would be a plus
