A leading investment bank is seeking a highly analytical Regional Compensation Specialist (AVP/VP Level) to join their APAC team based in Hong Kong.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Work closely with the business partners on compensation strategies and practices for Asia
– Design, develop and implement compensation policies and processes
– Structure compensation programmes for new employees and international assignees
– Manage yearly compensation and performance management processes
– Perform regular analysis and reporting on compensation data
– Partner with key stakeholders regionally and globally on compensation system enhancements
– Handle enquiries relating to compensation
– Assist and provide information for external, internal and compensation audits
– Prepare ad hoc analysis reports for management
Requirements:
– Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering, accounting, finance, mathematics etc
– 8+ years of compensation experience, preferably gained from the finance industry
– Experience in developing compensation programmes
– Strong analytical skills for in depth analysis of data
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English
– Strong technical proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
– Excellent project management and presentation skills
– Ability to liaise and influence at all levels
