Your role in our company:
– Partner up with one or more of our top consultants to execute on candidate delivery
– Work in a revenue generating role by pitching suitable roles to key candidates
– Use the power of technology to source relevant candidates in order to map out the market
– Be part of the recruitment team in the firm and provide timely updates and research about the global technology market and global financial industry.
– Organize firm wide events and marketing initiatives with our internal regional team and external clients.
– Participate in technology and financial events to obtain latest industry updates. Provide presentations to colleagues about the latest market news

We’re looking for the following:
– Candidates with a degree from a reputable University
– Some sort of experience on the phone (Calling Customers, Admin, Call Center experience are all good)
– Self-driven, resourceful and proactive personality with a strong work ethic
– Persistent, hard working, relentless attitude (this career is not for the faint of heart)
– Comfortable continually reaching out to, talking to and building relationships with new people (timidity is a big no)
– Technical background is a major plus. We also welcome someone with a strong passion for learning technology.
– Passion and eager to learn latest technologies like BlockChain, Big Data, Cloud, Digital, IoT etc.
– Strong desire to pursue a long term successful career as a tech recruiter
– An international mindset to work with people from different cultures.
– Good communications skills in Cantonese and English
