Our client, a leading hedge fund in Singapore, is looking for a talented Python developer to work closely with the front office users including quant/ researcher/ traders to deliver the real-time, distributed research and trading platform.

Responsibilities:
– Hands-on Python development or enhancements for front-to-back office applications
– Work closely with business users including traders, quant researchers, Operations & compliance to gather requirements & receive feedback
– Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure maximum reuse of effort
– Own applications in production globally and provide 3rd-level application support

Requirements:
– Solid experience in Python on Linux and SQL databases, different senioritis welcome
– Knowledge of trading, quant research, or market data interfaces is a plus
– Exposure to GCP (or AWS/ Azure) and knowledge of Terraform/ containers are preferred
– Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related disciplines like Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science from a reputable university
