My client, a leading bank is looking for a Project Manager to manage their large-scale core banking re-engineering projects. The successful candidate will be working with their regional delivery team to implement this multi-year critical projects.

Responsibilities:
– As a project lead and work with the technical team on implementation the technical details.
– Manager the project plan, budget control, schedules, and reporting.
– Work with the senior management to keep track of the project’s requirement and scope.
– Develop a strategy for and provide communications project, including documentation, meeting minutes and presentations
– Identify and capture risks and exceptions and subsequently monitor, track and manage them
– Support and provide enforcement of the following:
• Being compliant with firm’s project management standards
• Project governance on risk, financials, resources, scope, communication, timeline, post-go-live monitoring. 

Requirements:
– Experience in technology project management and technical leadership.
– Experience in project policies and procedures establishment, operational control, quality assurance, compliance monitoring and risk management.
– Industry experience in the banking sector.
– Technical knowledge and experience in Core Banking Technology.
– Excellent Communications skills in both English and Cantonese.
– Bachelor degree in IT or related discipline
– Project Management Training, PMP / Prince2 Certification would be highly preferred.
– Excellent Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills.
