Our client, a leading well-known enterprise, is looking for a Project Administration Manager with proven large scale project experience and a background in industrial engineering. The selected candidate will ensure the smooth coordination of a portfolio of strategic projects. This position is a pivotal position across the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Act as the PMO/Project Coordinator for all Strategic Projects for the corporate project portfolio and other cross-departmental meetings.
– Effectively manage stakeholders across the organization at multiple levels of seniority.
– Manage multiple projects from digital transformation to construction.
– Effectively communicate and monitor project workstreams.
– Oversee preparation of project control documents and monitor performance against KPIs.

Requirements:
– Degree from a top-tier university in a STEM discipline. Industrial Engineering background preferred.
– 15 years of relevant working experience in project management and engineering.
– Strong stakeholder management skills and experience.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications (Words, Excel, PPT)
– Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a must.
