My client, a well-known International retail enterprise is looking for an experienced Programme Manager for their growing technology project portfolio. The firm has invested major technology projects in POS and CRM technology for next 5 years plan. Great opportunity with lots of exposure.

Responsibilities:
– Regional responsibility for driving the delivery of technology portfolio.
– Manage the project governance, management tools, methods, and reporting to the program office.
– Establish and manage project and program standards across the project portfolio.
– Work with the both internal and external project teams to assist in project deliverables and project timeline.
– Work with the senior stakeholders to under local business needs and how to best deliver innovative solutions.
– Work with the project managers to maintain a cross-functional project plan including tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resources etc.
– Ensure the projects are following policies and process requirements including budgeting, security, compliance, vendor management etc.
– Manage information and reporting flow to different stakeholders across the firm. Interact with the firm’s senior management to provide reports on scope, budget and schedule perspective.

Requirements:
– At least 10 years experience in Programme / Project Management, experience with full project lifecycle in an IT project.
– In-depth understanding of Project management methodology, tools, and best practices.
– A proven track-record in delivering retail POS, CRM or e-Commerce solutions.
– PMP / Prince2 Certifications.
– Strong personality and confident to work with senior stakeholders.
– Experience in managing internal technology team and external vendors.
– Good problem solving and analytical skills.
– Exceptional Communications skills in English.
– Degree from a Reputable University.
