Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for a Production Support / SREAnalyst for their ongoing production support need.  Perm Position with lots of growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
– Provide Production Support on existing Data Runtime Applications, Data Warehouse, Big Data, and Middleware Platforms.
– Provide 24/7 Follow the Sun model on production support.
– Work with the development team to tackle the coding and scripting to integrate various application elements such as database and software to run on the system OS and infrastructure.
– Develop and implement automation and maintenance across the System environments.
– Perform system and network, design, implementation, monitoring, capacity management, and support.
– Optimize performance for applications.

Requirements:
– Around 2 – 3 years of Engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
– Good knowledge of Linux Servers environments.
– Extensive experience in automation using Ansible.
– Development knowledge and experience with Java / Python.
– Write automation script using Shell, Perl, and/or Python.
– SQL development experience on Oracle or Postgres databases.
– Understanding of the concept of Messaging Middleware
– Good communication skills in English.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
