Our client, a leading financial institution is looking for a Production Support Manager to manage the production support environment with their Asia wide technology platform. The selected candidate will be working with the region and maintain the production environment in a Cloud-based platform. Fantastic opportunity to work on a large scale platform.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the system support, administration, and maintenance of the production system environments.
– Manage system incidents and work with the Asia technology teams and service providers on incident resolutions.
– Manage the system environment change which supports various project activities.
– Manage system user access including connectivity and access issues.
– Monitor and lead the resources and capacity planning of the production environment.
– Coordinate with the Asia Technology teams and update the Ansible playbooks for system changes

Requirements:
– Around 8 years of working experience with managing production support environment.
– Experience with public cloud (ideally Azure) based application management experience is highly preferred.
– Strong experience in Azure technology and services is preferred.
– Knowledge in Windows, Linux, SQL Server, and SSIS.
– Experience with Azure Data Lake and Data Factory would be a great plus.
– Experience with DevOps toolchains including Atlassian, Jenkins, and Ansible would be a great plus.
– Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University.
– Excellent communications skill in English.
