Our client, a global leading investment bank, is expanding their business in the region. They are looking for a Production Support Engineer to support their large-scale Data platform.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the production environment and make sure the platform’s capacity and responsiveness are matching the quality requirements.
– Manage the change requests and incidents across the applications platform. Perform incident management including root causes investigations.
– Streamline the Enterprise Data System across Product Reference and Pricing.
– Provide production operations monitoring across the quality and capacity. Conduct health checks and controls.

Requirements:
– 5 years+ experience of managing application production support in the financial industry.
– Experience of Unix (Sun Solaris) and Linux. Perl Scripting is a plus.
– Strong understanding of SQL, DB2 or Sybase Databases.
– Production management experience with ITIL.
– Excellent English Communications skill and interpersonal skills. This person will be collaborating with global teams.
