Our client, a leading insurance group, is looking for a young and bright production support associate for their Digital Insurance Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting a large-scale InsurTech platform.  Excellent career prospects and growth potential

Responsibilities:
– Provide application support for high-performance life insurance systems.
– Work directly with users to build trusted relationships and provide timely technical and functional support
– Work with development teams regarding long-term support issues and improvements; Proactively find ways to improve the long-term stability of the platforms.
– Take ownership of production issues and provide incident management
– Provide project management as necessary (capacity, performance, upgrades, reporting, documentation)

Requirements:
– 3 years+ of development or production support experience in Java-based Digital platforms.
– Good technical skills in Unix shell scripting and SQL.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Good Database knowledge in Oracle SQL, Forms, and Report.
– Excellent troubleshooting skills and be attentive to detail.
– Excellent communication in English and Cantonese, and interpersonal skills. Good team player.
