Our client is a leading retail enterprise, they are looking for a Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst to lead their regional retail technology transformation. The selected candidate will be driving the regional POS, Loyalty and CRM transformation. Great opportunity with large scale high profile projects.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the functional requirements for the technology platforms which best meet the strategic plans and business initiatives.
– Lead the product management of the technology platform, define the product’s features which aligning with the business value.
– Act as the key product person to understand inside out of the technology platform features.
– Work with the business stakeholders to under the business needs and design an innovative solution to meet expectations.
– Work with the technology team to manage the product lifecycle.

Requirements:
– At least 7 years experience in a Product Owner or Lead Business Analyst role in the retail industry.
– Track record in successfully delivering a retail technology ideally in POS, Loyalty or CRM.
– Experience in building a product roadmap and delivery plan.
– Strong client facing skill in obtaining requirements, expectations and acceptance.
– Good people skills to work with all level of co-workers.
– Strong enterprise systems implementation experience.
– Familiar with UX/UI principles.
– Experience with Agile Methodology.
– Excellent Communications skills in English.
