Our client, a leading insurance group is looking for a PMO / IT Process Governance Manager to join their IT Management team. They are looking for an experienced IT Process Manager in driving their PMO/IT Process Governance with their internal SDLC and IT Group. Perm position to manage the PMO function and establish a proper IT Process Governance across the firm.

Requirements:
– Take part in managing the PMO function, project governance framework, and management model.
– Formulate and strategize the PMO procedures and policy. Develop rules and guidelines on Project Governance, IT Control, and IT Process.
– Participate in IT governance, risks, and compliance tasks that emerged from industry best practices, and corporate and regulatory requirements.
– Build a proper efficiency management model including resources management, man-day tracking, financial calculation, etc.
– Delivery and implement proper procedure models across the IT department.
– Manage and oversight the IT PMO process with a proper risk management framework.
– Facilitate with different project stakeholders across the project governance and IT Process.

Requirements:
– Around 6 years of experience in the IT Project Management Office or IT Process Management.
– Sound experience in managing PMO governance and standard, ideally from a financial industry background.
– Proven track record in participating in the project management lifecycle.
– Well organized in a complex organization.
– Good strategic thinking aligns in a large enterprise environment.
– Great interpersonal skills – you’ll be facing senior stakeholders and different business and IT teams.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
– Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University.
