Our client, a leading Technology Group is looking for a Technical Support Lead on PeopleSoft Payroll applications. The selected candidate will be working on large scale-projects supporting international and global users.

Responsibilities:
– Provide first-level technical and functional support to users across PeopleSoft applications software.
– Provide implementation support for their PeopleSoft applications.
– Assist the users in configuring the PeopleSoft applications across rollouts and modifications.
– Provide training to users on technical matters and functional capabilities.

Requirements:
– Around 5 years of experience in supporting PeopleSoft (HCM).
– Experience working on enterprise-level payroll applications.
– Experience in Global Payroll Implementation, setup, requirement gathering, extension development, customization and support for the Global Payroll process
– SQL experience is preferred.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– University degree in IT-related discipline.
