Fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a well-known luxury fashion retailer, who is looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Manager to join their fast-paced international culture; to lead a small team to provide a full spectrum of HR support and advisory services for assigned corporate business divisions.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Work closely with business managers to develop and implement HR strategies to achieve business objectives
– Provide HR support and advisory services to employees and line managers on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organisational development, HR policies and procedures etc
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including, job posting, CV screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, offer management, employment contracts, new hire orientation
– Perform analysis and reporting for headcount, attrition, budgets etc
– Work closely with the business to drive projects
– Provide leadership and coaching to junior HR members on the team
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 10+ years of related experience gained from sizable Commercial MNCs; luxury / retail / FMCG highly preferred
– Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially in English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred
– Strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS
– Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
– Passionate, Dynamic and Enthusiastic
– Good knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
