Responsibilities:
– Develop global strategic partnerships with airlines, travel companies, banks, retailers, hotels, restaurants, loyalty programmes and other related business for the Hong Kong market
– Build strong relationships with business partners, understand their business needs, and identify collaboration opportunities
– Work closely with the business partners to develop and implement marketing strategies for rewards programmes, promotions, branding, events and other promotion activities
– Select and manage vendors for the implementation of initiatives
– Drive brand awareness, and build a strong network of relationships globally
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 10+ years of business development and marketing experience, 4 of which at management level
– Strong experience in B2B sales and/or strategic partnership development
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
– Excellent presentation and project management skills
– Strong leadership and coaching skills
– Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
– Possess a proactive, creative, and enthusiastic manner
