Looking for a senior project manager with proven background in regulatory / outsourcing in the finance industry. Strongly prefer immediately available candidates.

Responsibilities:
– Provide primary project management coverage throughout the implementation stage.
– Maintain the project schedule, including tasks, resources, and dependencies.
– Develop and provide Project status reporting on a weekly basis to the project team and senior management (globally).
– Host regular project calls with the Business leads.
– Work closely with Operational Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, BCM, and Internal Audit in order to meet the project requirements and enable effective communication across business units.
– Work closely with the project sponsor to ensure deliverables are being met and for escalation purposes.
– Coordinate various activities with business units to facilitate effective completion of their deliverables.
– Provide first-line support to the business units.
– Manage and escalate issues and risks in a timely manner.

Requirements:
– Strong influencing skills and People Management skills.
– Understanding of regulatory guidelines for outsourcing and the Financial industry.
– Experience of managing multiple global projects concurrently.
– Ability to escalate delays proactively.
– Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work autonomously under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
– Strong system skills in Excel, and power point.
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
– Ability to present to a senior audience.
– Ability to identify and lead process improvements.
