A leading international retailer is looking for a highly skilled and talented Development lead to manage its international development team.

Responsibilities:
– The Technical Lead is to interact with all the stakeholders and project team members to understand the project scope/constraints/schedule and requirements functional/non-functional spec and create the design from high-level architecture down to module/program level
– Lead the developers to code and test. The right person needs to do hands-on development occasionally with Agile methodology
– Ideal candidate would manage the delivery of the eCommerce software development project with management on budget, schedule and resources
– The right candidate also needs to have continuous improvement/quality mindset as he would be relied upon to suggest & implement improvement in the project lifecycle
