My client, a leading global financial institution, is looking for an O365 and Messaging Platform Manager. The selected candidate would manage the end-user workplace messaging operations and services across the region. Great remuneration and benefits. Perm Position.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the daily operations and services of Microsoft O365, Corporate Directory Services, and 3rd party’s technology integrations.
– Manage the workplace Cloud solutions adoptions and operations successfully to the group technology strategy.
– Review the compliance and security standards of the O365 software delivered to various business units.
– Provide training and support to the Asia region with the new product suite.
– Review the usage of the O365 services and provide service improvement plans to minimize downtime, incidents, and support calls.

Qualifications:
– At least 5+ years experience of Workplace Technology management experience.
– Experience in Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online and Outlook.
– Solid experience in MS O365, Active Directory Services, MS Exchange, MDM, SCCM.
– Certifications in MS O365, Azure, and VMware would be a great plus.
– Powershell scripting experience is a great plus.
– Excellent Communications skills in both written and spoken English.
