
Our client, a leading global investment bank, is looking for an experienced multi-media / video conference professional to join their growing team. Excellent remuneration and growth potential.
Responsibilities:
– Reduce the complexity in AV room designs; Deliver self-operating and easy to use products for conferencing and media events
– Contribute to the bottom line of the firm by providing ways to enhance business communication efforts
– Work on global Video Conferencing uplift program replacing old video conferencing technology with a more current and progressive ones
– Assist in high profile and global projects, most notable for our headquarter projects in the London and Bengaluru
– Work on complex problems, affording growth and opportunities to learn and further develop your career
Requirements:
– Audio/Video Industry professional with 5 – 10 years project and vendor management experience
– Have technical systems knowledge, audiovisual knowledge (Cisco, Polycom, AMX, Crestron, etc.), technical skills, basic understanding of acoustics and lighting design
– Good understanding of IP Network technology
– Individual must have solid project management skills; vendor management
– Strong sense of ownership, focus on quality, responsiveness, efficiency and innovation
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Strong problem solving skills
– Work well under pressure; able to make real-time decisions to maintain continuity of the projects.
– Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
– Have effective documentation skills
– Posses customer service skills
– Be a self-starter and team player
Preferred Qualifications:
– Have experience working on Construction and Real Estate projects with AV Integrators
– Able to develop vendor bid packages for project work
– Able to configure room based A/V equipment
– Able to educate business and operations team on technology use and relevant processes
– Experience with Polycom and Cisco room based systems including TelePresence
– Conformance testing experience
