Our client, a leading bank in Hog Kong, is looking for a Mobile Banking Product Team Lead for their product and business team. Selected candidate will be leading the continuous change and enhancement of the functions and features of the mobile platform. Committed to the latest technology change, social media and FinTech development.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the team to work closely with marketing, business, technology, compliance, products etc to design the functionalities and features of the mobile banking platform.
– Act as a Product Manager to decide the functionalities and feature to be developed with priorities.
– Manage the business coordinations across the development, implementation, UAT and launch.
– Review the UX on the applications and provide regular improvement and suggestion to the UI.
– Define the mobile banking business and operations flow which will translate to the technical development specification.
– Work closely with the development team to understand the development progress and technical difficulties.
– Actively review the market change and global trend, contribute into the future mobile banking platform design.

Requirements:
– At least 7 years experience of in digital products management or development.
– Extensive experience in managing mobile banking platform products.
– Extensive understanding of the market’s mobile banking platform product including features and functionalities.
– Understanding of the latest banking operations, regulatory and business development.
– Experience in managing mobile UX/UI design.
– Technical understanding of end-to-end mobile platform technology.
– Excellent communications skills and leadership to drive different stakeholders.
– Language skills in Cantonese and English.
– Bachelor Degree from a reputable University.
