We are helping our client, a leading financial institution to seek a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Middleware Team Lead in our IT department. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications

Responsibilities:
– Manage team members and maintain task schedules on maintenance renewal, Risk & Compliance items
– Oversee and provide domain services in middleware, microservice, monitoring, and remote access to IT & business users by ensuring system performance and developing recommendations for corrections or improvements
– Optimize operation procedures with reference to IT Department policies, standards & guidelines
– Responsible for Budget planning and monitoring

Requirements:
– A university graduate, preferably with a major in Computer Science or related subjects, or equivalent
– At least 3 years of experience in a team lead/management role, preferably with banking experience
– 6 years or more of experience in IBM ICP, IBM WAS, JBoss Web Server, and Oracle WebLogic, as well as system monitoring tools (e.g., IBM Tivoli) and remote access
– Cloud knowledge such as AWS is an advantage
– Strong project management and leadership skills
– Strong communication skills and risk awareness
– Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is preferred
