Our client, a fast growing investment bank is looking for talented Application Support Analyst for their growing Middle to Back Office Needs. Selected Candidates would be working on large scale Finance / Treasury / Accounting Systems. Great opportunity and benefit (Great Bonus Structure / OT Allowance / Perm Roles).

Responsibilities:
– Provide application support for high-performance MO/BO trading systems including Finance, Treasury, Settlement and Accounting.
– Work directly with users to build trusted relationship and provide timely technical/functional support
– Work with development teams regarding long-term support issues and improvements; Proactively find ways to improve the long-term stability of the platforms.
– Take ownership of production issues and provide incident management
– Provide project management as necessary (capacity, performance, upgrades, reporting, documentation)

Requirements:
– At least 5 years of production support experience with a banking / finance environment
– Commercial experience/knowledge in MO/BO (Settlement/Treasury/Trade Processing/SWIFT) preferred
– Good technical skills in Shell Scripting and SQL Development
– Good Database SQL knowledge in Oracle, MS SQL or Sybase.
– Good technical experience in GMI, SWIFT, Control-M, Business Objects, Informatica, Crystal Report, FlexAccount, SAS, IT2
– Possess energy and enthusiasm to thrive in high-pressure environment and work with demanding users
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
