Our client, a fast growing investment bank is looking for talented Application Support Analyst for their growing Middle to Back Office needs. Selected Candidates would be working on large scale Finance, Treasury and Accounting Systems. Great opportunity and benefit (Great Bonus Structure and OT Allowance).

Responsibilities:
– Provide application support for high-performance middle to back office systems, including Finance, Treasury, Clearing, Settlement and Accounting areas.
– Work directly with users to build trusted relationship and provide timely technical and functional support.
– Work with development teams regarding long-term support issues and improvements; Proactively find ways to improve the long-term stability of the platforms.
– Take ownership of production issues and provide incident management.
– Provide project management as necessary (capacity, performance, upgrades, reporting, documentation)

Requirements:
– 3 to 8 years of production support experience in finance industry, preferably with banks.
– Good technical skills in Unix and Windows shell scripting and SQL.
– Good database SQL knowledge in Oracle, MS SQL or Sybase.
– Experience in UL Bridge, GL Trade, SWIFT, Control-M, Business Objects, Informatica, Crystal Report, FlexAccount, SAS, IT2 would be an advantage.
– Excellent troubleshooting skills and be attentive to details.
– Possess energy and enthusiasm to thrive in high-pressure environment and work with demanding users.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good team player.
