Our client, a leading investment bank is looking for a Business Analyst to join their regional middle to back office team. Selected candidates will be leading and implementing their key strategic project on their Cash Equities settlement systems.

Responsibilities:
– Work closely with Project Manager to understand project objectives, direction and resources plan
– Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business requirement
– Work closely with QA team to define test strategy and prepare test plan
– Define project scope, estimate budgets and resources, and prepare project implementation plan, business requirement and technical documents
– Conduct feasibility study, gap analysis and impact analysis on the system changes
– Lead and implement the projects from end to end delivery
– Work closely with vendors to create system manuals and user training materials
– Conduct user training and provide UAT supports to users
– Coordinate production release and provide post-implementation support on outstanding issues

Requirements:
– 3+ years of work experience on Cash Equities settlement system as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
– Ability to establish good working relationships with business and operation stakeholders
– Excellent writing skills to prepare project documentations
– Hands-on in Oracle PL/SQL and Linux/ Unix shell scripts
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required
– Excellent communication skills in English. Good team player
– Bachelor degree from a reputed University.
