Requirements and Responsibilities:
– Mathematical Desk Developer/Execution Trader with fluent Mandarin language speaking skills
– Experience supporting a Front Desk (any asset class), facing traders day in and day out and understanding of trading systems
– Good experience in VBA
– Someone with about 3-6 years of experience either in a Front Office Desk development role or an Execution Trader role
– Someone who can learn/thrive in a small environment and wear multiple hats
– Someone with the self initiative
– Any technical skills would be a big plus
