Looking for a senior, experienced Fixed Income Technology Head to join a leading investment bank.

Responsibilities:
– Manage securities trading platform across Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities across Asia
– Manage and formulate architectural road map, solution design, technology strategy to support/implement the business vision
– Lead a large technology team (30-50+ people) of highly skilled developers, support engineers, and infrastructure engineers
– Provide Risk and Compliance management across the fixed income technology division. Formulate guidance, procedure, and standard for internal teams
– Drive and define future technology strategy and road map with senior management

Requirements:
– Proven technology management and leadership experience in front office trading technology; Fixed Income and/or DRVT experience is highly preferred
– Strong technical background; Ability to make tangible contribution in architecture/design key technical decisions; Must come from a hands-on development background in the past
– Sound financial industry knowledge and experience in highly mission critical environment
– Strong team leadership, able to drive high-performance team, people development and retention
– Strong personality and character to engage and influence both IT and business communities
– Excellent communications skill in English and ability build relationship with global senior stakeholders
– Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline from a reputable University
