Looking for a senior, experienced Front Office Technology Head with proven experience in Equities and/or Prime (Quantitative).

Responsibilities: 
– Develop/drive regional EQ technology initiatives in Asia
– Drive technical and architectural directions for the EQ/Prime Platform including connectivity, colocation, and quantitative prime services
– Work closely with the desk and provide stakeholder management
– Contribute to the global EQ/Prime technology strategy

Requirements: 
– Proven regional/global technology management experience at a reputable financial firm
– Knowledge of front office trading; EQ and Quantitave Prime Services knowledge (including high-frequency / colocation) preferred
– Ability to provide technical/architectural guidance to a team of highly talented technologists
– Excellent stakeholder management skills
