Your role in our company:

Contract Negotiation:
– Understand and negotiate contract agreements with clients for providing secondment services (could be service level contracts, T&M contracts and secondment contracts)
– Understand the Hong Kong labour law and it’s implication on negotiated contracts
– Understand payrolling and how we can cross sell payrolling services to existing clients

Team Leadership:
– With help from leaders in the company, help build a contracting team that can deliver contracting candidates quickly to clients
– Help with hiring and know how to allocate work within a team

Business Development:
– Build the contracting desk by reaching out to current clients to get more contracting business from them and BD new clients with help from management
– Work with current clients to negotiate service level contracts with them for the purposes of supplying contractors

Execution:
– Fill mid-senior level roles on the technology side for clients through hands on recruitment

We’re looking for the following:
– Candidates with a degree from a reputable University
– Prior experience within the IT Contracting Desk for a recruitment firm, can be in a leadership role or in a hands on execution role
– Self-driven, resourceful and proactive personality with a strong work ethic
– Persistent, hard working, relentless attitude
– Comfortable continually reaching out to, talking to and building relationships with new people
– Technical background is a major plus to be able to understand the roles
– Passion and eager to learn latest technologies like BlockChain, Big Data, Cloud, Digital, IoT etc.
– An international mindset to work with people from different cultures.
– Good communications skills in Cantonese and English
– Cheerful, ambitious, clever and a quick wit!
