Our client, one of the leading commercial banks is looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst on Mainframe platforms. Selected candidate will be developing the mission critical Core Banking system.

Responsibilities:
– Perform system analysis, design, development and testing on the Core Banking systems
– Prepare functional specification, test plan, test reports, implementation plan and operational manuals
– Manage the system development life cycle, working with internal IT development team and vendors
– Work closely with business users and resolve any issues
– Provide L2/L3 application support

Requirements:
– 5+ years of development experience on Mainframe platform using COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL
– Experience with in Java/J2EE, Unix/Linux, Shell Script and SQL
– Understanding on banking applications e.g. deposits, loans, credit card, trading etc
– Excellent technical writing/documentation skills
– University degree in IT or equivalent from a reputed university
– Good command in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
