Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a strong System Engineer with an emphasis on Linux to join their infrastructure team. The selected candidate would support their large-scale infrastructure and projects. Great potential and remuneration.

Responsibilities:
– Provide and manage technical support for Red Hat Linux and Unix in an enterprise banking environment.
– Responsible for Unix and Linux support and projects including administration, configurations, tuning, patching, upgrades, deployment, etc.
– Monitor the performance and availability. Provide capacity management and system management.
– Manager the system capacity and disaster recovery planning.
– Maintain high performance and high availability of the system infrastructure at all times.
– Work with the application team on server setting requirements to cope with the application changes.

Requirements:
– At least 5 years of Server administration experience in Red Hat Linux.
– Knowledge of System knowledge including performance optimization, System tuning, Robustness, etc
– Familiar with SAN Storage, Backup Software, Databases, and monitoring tools.
– Knowledge and Experience in managing patching, migration, upgrade, installation, and configurations with a large enterprise environment.
– Good Chinese and English Communications skills.
