Our client, a leading insurance group is looking for a strong Life Core Systems developer to join their development team. The selected candidate will be working on a large-scale development project with regional exposure.

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of their Life Core systems (Life Asia/Life 400/Life J) across Asia.
– Collect business requirements and translate them to technical details and functional specifications.
– Work closely with internal team and external vendors on system delivery and schedule estimation.
– Manage the system delivery including implementation, release management, software migration, and maintenance work.

Requirements:
– At least 5 years of experience in systems development and solution delivery, ideally across the insurance or financial services field.
– Strong development experience in Life Asia/Life 400/Life J, COBOL, and AS/400 platform.
– Strong experience working with stakeholders on systems development and requirement collection.
– Project Management experience in driving offshore teams and vendors.
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
