A high-end luxury retail enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join their L&D Academy and execute extensive training initiatives across all business divisions.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute learning and development strategy
– Design, coordinate, implement and conduct training programmes, including, management and leadership development; professional skills development; specialist training; induction; culture and diversity
– Liaise with business managers and employees to design and customize training courses; develop, review and update training material
– Engage and develop strong relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders
– Develop L&D related metrics to assess the effectiveness of the L&D training initiatives; generate reports for management
– Drive L&D/HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 2 – 3 years of L&D experience, with hands-on experience in L&D programme delivery
– Experience in managing development initiatives
– Retail industry background highly preferred
– Strong project management and organizational skills
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and Cantonese; additional Mandarin is preferred
– Strong client relationship skills and ability to liaise and influence at all levels
– Detail oriented with highly developed client service skills
– Good IT skills including, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Photoshop
