A leading investment bank is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to execute global training initiatives across all divisions in Asia.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Design, implement and facilitate/deliver Talent Development training programmes in line with global L&D strategy
– Work closely with the regional and global L&D teams to ensure quality and consistency across the organization
– Develop, deliver and manage Leadership and Management Development across all divisions in Asia
– Design, implement and lead innovative on-boarding activities for Senior Executive new joiners
– Engage and develop strong relationships with Senior Managers and other key stakeholders
– Work in partnership with Senior Managers; provide communication, feedback and guidance on talent programmes
– Provide guidance and coaching to L&D specialists
– Develop L&D related metrics for Asia, to assess the effectiveness of the L&D training initiatives
– Manage budgets within area of responsibility
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 5+ years of Leadership and Management Development experience
– Financial services industry background highly preferred
– Excellent training delivery and facilitation skills
– Exceptional interpersonal skills with fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
– Strong project management and organizational skills
– Strong client relationship skills and ability to liaise and influence at all levels
– Detail oriented with highly developed client service skills
– Ability to work independently and within teams
– Experience of working within global/regional team preferred
