A leading investment bank is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Consultant to execute global training initiatives across all divisions in Asia.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute global learning and development strategy for Asia
– Work closely with the regional and global L&D teams to ensure quality and consistency across the organization
– Design, coordinate and implement technical and non-technical training programmes, including, management and leadership development; compliance; products and financial markets; professional skills development; induction; culture and diversity
– Design, implement and lead innovative on-boarding activities/processes for new employees
– Liaise with business managers and employees to design and customize training courses
– Engage and develop strong relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders
– Develop L&D related metrics for Asia, to assess the effectiveness of the L&D training initiatives
– Work in partnership with HR, L&D teams and senior managers
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 7+ years of L&D experience
– Experience in managing people development initiatives
– Financial services industry background highly preferred
– Strong project management and organizational skills
– Strong client relationship skills and ability to liaise and influence at all levels
– Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills
– Detail oriented with highly developed client service skills
– Ability to work independently and within teams
– Experience of working within global/regional team preferred
