My client, a leading investment bank is looking for a Lead Data Scientist for their growing Data Science Team. The selected candidate would be building the Data Science technology in supporting the Advisory Technology.

Responsibilities:
– Work with the various business group in understanding the analytics requirements to design and build utility analytical models/toolsets for the firm.
– Build the Data pipeline and transfer raw data into a usable format that feeds into the Business Intelligence platform and various Machine Learning algorithms.
– Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and needs.
– Oversight of the whole data lifecycle including data collection, data munging, data pipeline, and building of machine learning algorithms.
– Work with senior stakeholders as a solution evangelist and delivery.
– Oversight and making recommendations on technical design such as the use of objects, data architecture, integration, and User Interface design.

Requirements:
– Around 8+ years of experience in the Data Engineering and Analytics space.
– Experience with various Data technology including Data Mining, DWH, ETL, Visualization, Big Data, Cloud Data, etc.
– Board Data Technology experience across Data Structure, Architecture, Strategy, and Data Governance.
– Strong mathematical knowledge in statistics, and algebra.
– Proven experience in Data Science, Modelling, Big Data Analytics, etc.
– Programming experience with  Python.
– Experience with common data science toolkits, machine learning, and AI.
– Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English. You will be working in an international team.
– Experience in applying business analysis/project management methodologies, tools, and disciplines.
– Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Maths related from a reputed University.
