Our client, a leading global investment bank, is looking for an experienced, senior javascript / web developer with proven experience in enterprise systems to lead their development team in Asia. The successful candidate will work on green-field project to build a global, strategic external client facing trading system including server-side and UI

Responsibilities:
– Design/Develop intuitive, high-performance enterprise web platform for external client-facing trading portal (both server-side and UI)
– Employ latest technologies to create a state-of-the-art web experience
– Work with highly technical regional/global teams to develop globally aligned platform using best practices
– Work closely with front office users to deliver mission-critical systems

Requirements:
– Strong experience in building modern, intuitive enterprise-level web UI/UX
– Strong technical expertise in Javascript (exposure to industry frameworks such as angularJS, node.js, and/or Elixir), HTML5, etc.
– Proven OO development background and strong fundamental development knowledge
– Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies is preferred
– Innovative mind-set, ability to think outside the box
– University degree from a reputed university
– Silicon-valley and/or e-commerce experience welcome
