It is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing InsurTech SaaS company, the selected candidate will be joining the experienced and agile team and will be responsible for implementing and configuring the platforms for their clients.

Responsibilities:
– Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to analyze clients’ feature requirements
– Provide technical suggestions, configure, implement and customize the products that fulfill clients’ needs
– Ensure good communication with the clients and being able to deliver good quality services and provide safe release deployments

Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in product integration
– Programming experience, ideally in Typescript/JavaScript
– Ideally with experience in Cloud technology
– Fluent in verbal and written English (Cantonese is a plus)
– Good problem-solving and communication skills
