Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java/Oracle Developer.  The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for developing large scale applications in middle to back office.  This is a very well established firm that is growing within the region with excellent career prospects.

Responsibilities:
– Hands-on develop the applications for Finance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and Middle Office using Java and Oracle PL/SQL
– Manage user requirements, functional specification, system testings, UAT and implementations
– Prepare test plan and conduct testing to ensure system quality
– Provide 2nd/3rd line application support
– Work closely with business users, infrastructure, development teams and external vendors

Requirements:
– At least 5 years of development experience using Java/J2EE, Unix, and Oracle PL/SQL
– Some experience in .NET framework and Windows platforms are an advantage
– Experience in supporting middle to back office systems in a global environment would be a plus
– Knowledge in Cash Equities, Fixed Income or any Finance systems
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Bachelor degree in IT or related discipline from a reputed University
