Our client, a leading life insurance group, is building its next-generation technology platform. They are looking for Java Software Engineers on Full-stack to join the team. It is a rare opportunity for a large-scale development project. Great opportunity and exposure.

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of their cloud-based back-end platforms.
– Build high-quality software through coding, and testing in an Agile way.
– Work with business analysts to specify technical requirements.
– Responsible for the design and development of functional specifications and system specifications.
– Work with the local and offshore development teams in the development process.
– Responsible to lead the system analysis, design, documentation, development, and support.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps and CI/CD
– Manage system testing, UAT, implementations, and ongoing support.

Requirements:
– Around 5 years of experience in Java development.
– Experience with API / Microservices development in SpringBoot, Spring MVC, Spring batch, Docker, etc.
– Familiar with development principles using Agile, DevOps, TDD, CI/CD, etc.
– Understanding of software deployment and CI/CD pipelines as well as adopting the DevSecOps model.
– Cloud exposure like AWS / Azure is preferred but not a must.
– Ability to write clear and readable codes.
– Excellent technical writing/documentation skills, design system, and analysis.
– University degree from a reputed university
– Excellent communication skills in English.
