This role is within the R&D team where they use latest technologies in a Agile environment to churn out banking solutions including process improvement solutions, securities trading solutions for new markets and so on

Responsibilities:
– Manage functional design and technical design across the new applications development.
– Design and plan system build, architecture, development and implementation.
– Manage the development in an Agile methodologies approach.
– Provide innovative technology ideas and approaches on functional and technical levels.
– Coordinate with Release Management in order to plan service and implementation.
– Design and develop program for system integration.

Requirements:
– At least 4 years of experience in Java front-end and back-end technologies, including JSP, JavaScript, XML and SQL programming.
– Experience in building Java-based Systems, good knowledge in application architecture and design patterns.
– Experience in enterprise-level Content Management Systems.
– Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies is highly preferred.
– Ability to be hands on in terms of coding and also in designing/architecture.
– With an innovative mind-set, think outside the box.
– University degree from a reputed university.
– Excellent fluency in English and Cantonese
– Candidates who do not need visa sponsorship to work in Hong Kong highly preferred
