An exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and talented development team lead to manage an innovative e-Commerce site using the most cutting-edge technology.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
– 5 years+ development experience on Java / J2EE, SQL using Agile methodology with at least 3 years team lead experience. Candidate with experience managing online technology / eCommerce development is highly preferred
– Candidate with less experience will be considered for the developer role.
– Interact with all the stakeholders and project team members to understand the project scope / constraints / schedule / requirements and create the design from high-level architecture down to module/program level
– Lead the developers to code and test. The right person needs to do hands-on development with Agile methodology
– Ideal candidate would manage the delivery of the eCommerce software development project with management on budget, schedule and resource
– Excellent Communication skill in English and Cantonese
– Bachelor Degree from a reputable University
