A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Equity Derivatives Java Development Manager to lead a talented team of Equity Derivative Developers at a leading financial institution.

Requirements:
– Prior experience managing an Equity Derivatives Development team at a leading Investment Bank or a Securities Firm
– Someone from a Java background with PM skills, setting best practices
– Someone who is not necessarily as hands on now but can do code review, architecture and possible some coding
– Someone who does architecture, design and so on
– Somehow who has knowledge in building high frequency, low latency systems
– Someone who has managed people (5 or more)
