Our client, a leading financial institution is working on a next-generation financial system with state of the art technology. They are looking for strong Java Application Architect to join the team. Responsibilities:
– Lead the Application design and architecture build of the financial platform.
– Responsible hands-on development with Java EE web and server-side programming
– Work with business users to analyze and specify user requirements.
– Design and develop functional specifications and system specifications.
– Responsible for system analysis, design, documentation, development, and support.
– Manage system testing, UAT, implementations, and on-going support.

Requirements:
– Around 10 years’ experience in application and software development, ideally with end-to-end experience across architecture design, implementation, and production support.
– Development experience in Java EE, Unix/Linux, Shell Script, SQL, Websphere, Spring, Struts, EJB, and XML.
– Candidates with a strong system design and development experience would be preferred.
– Database schema design experience would be preferred.
– Experience in building Java web applications and client/server systems.
– Good technical writing/documentation skills, design system, and analysis.
– Banking / Financial Service experience is required.
– University degree from a reputed university
– Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
