Our client, a leading financial institution is looking for a development lead to join their development team. The selected candidate will be working on latest new greenfield development. Perm position with great opportunity and interesting project.

Responsibilities:
– Work with the business stakeholders to understand the need and future trend of the application platform.
– Establish the feasibility and justification of the IT designs and prototype.
– Responsible hands-on design and development of Java Architecture and Framework.
– Work with business analysts to specify technical requirements and architecture.
– Lead the design and development of functional specifications and system specifications.
– Responsible to lead the system analysis, design, documentation, development, and support.
– Manage system testing, UAT, implementation, and on-going support.

Requirements:
– Around 7 years’ experience in Java/J2EE, Unix/Linux, SQL, RESTful, Spring, and Hibernate.
– Team leadership experience is preferred.
– Financial / Banking system development experience is preferred.
– Sound development architecture experience in Java, in-depth experience with Java framework across Spring, Hibernate etc.
– Extensive experience in building Java web applications and client/server systems.
– Excellent technical writing/documentation skills, design system, and analysis
– University degree from a reputed university
– Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
