We currently have multiple headcounts to join our client, one of the leading MNCs, and grow with their IT organisation – one of the largest, complex, and most mission-critical IT infrastructures in the region.

Requirements:

– You will have:

– Around 3+ years’ experience in a hands-on role and rock-solid knowledge in any of the following:

– Release Management
– Configuration Management
– Incident Management
– Problem Management
– Operations Management

Clearly state your area of expertise in detail in your resume and be sure to include any systems/databases/tools you covered as part of your responsibilities.

– Good University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
– Excellent communication skills in English: able to articulate clearly, concisely, and between multiple teams.  (Cantonese is a definite advantage)
